Private Classes

The benefit of such a training is higher for the individual than that of a class with a
group. The private class is tailored specifically according to the needs of one person.

This can be, e. g.:

  • an individual introduction to Ashtanga yoga

  • an intensive supervision of every single asana (yoga posture), in the Primary or
    Intermediate Series

  • a programme designed specifically for the needs of a certain person which
    attends to the individual conditions (e.g., handicaps), based on Ashtanga yoga
